IGI is pleased to announce the award of the Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) Modernization Support Contract procured through the ITES-3S Contract.
Under this 2.5-year contract, IGI will support the DOL Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and OWXP with the multi-phase modernization of Claims Processing.
IGI will provide a modern, capacity driven approach for development, modernization, and enhancement (DME), and the future operations and maintenance for OWCP’s IT data, services, and shared capabilities based on DOL Agile standards. This capacity-based contracting approach will provide OWCP with increased agility in meeting their emerging and evolving business needs more efficiently than a traditional scope-based contract.
